Tiankai is a leader in Data Analytics and author of "Humanizing Data Strategy". He is currently responsible for Data Strategy and data governance at Thoughtworks Europe and head of marketing at DAMA Germany. With over 11 years of experience in Data Analytics, data governance and Data Strategy, he has discovered a passion for the human aspect of Data: how to collaborate, communicate and be creative around Data. He loves to popularize Data, making this field more understandable, accessible and fun through unconventional methods like music and memes.
