Biography
Passionate about analytics, data, AI and the platforms that support them, Jean-Matthieu Saponaro joined Datadog 10 years ago, starting as a data analyst before moving into data engineering and eventually leading the Analytics Data Platform. He now drives the evolution of Datadog's data platform, from a classic modern data stack to an Iceberg-backed lakehouse, to power agentic AI across more than 50 products and trillions of data points.
