Hugo Hauraix

Hugo Hauraix obtained his PhD in Sports Sciences at the University of Nantes in 2015. Following his doctoral studies, he completed a post-doctorate at Aix-Marseille University in collaboration with Decathlon's SportsLab.

Joining Decathlon in 2019 as a Data Analyst, he initially worked on customer reviews and with the strategic committee of the Domyos brand.

Currently, as Staff Analytics within Decathlon's Center of Excellence, Hugo is part of a team dedicated to improving the technical skills of over 200 employees in the Analytics field. Their role consists of providing clear frameworks and processes, enabling teams of Data Analysts, BI Engineers and Analytics Engineers to generate impactful insights for the company.
