Charles André

Charles André leads the Data Platform team at Qonto, the European business bank. Charles has spent the last decade building data infrastructure for fast-scaling French tech companies — first at Chauffeur Privé (later Kapten), then at ManoMano — before joining Qonto over five years ago, growing from senior data engineer into leading the platform team.

Charles's current focus: making a small team's impact independent of its headcount, through data contracts, self-service tooling, and AI agents that absorb the work nobody should be doing by hand.
