Michaël is a data administrator for the Department of Gard. Initially a development engineer in the private sector, he discovered Geographic Information Systems by joining Gard in 2013, then gradually expanded his field of action to include all “data”. Today, its role is to enhance the Department's data assets, to inform management decisions, so that they can offer an efficient public service.
